Payment / Insurance
Therapy does cost money. However, I can’t think of a better investment.
Insurance currently accepted:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Midlands Choice (Auxiant)
- United Behavioral Health and UMR (UnitedHealthcare)
- Medicaid Plans: TotalCare, WellCare and United Health Care Community Plan
As plans vary widely, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to determine coverage. If you have additional coverage questions or questions about billing, you may also contact Susan Swenson of Swenson Management at 402-875-2433. She is my insurance/billing guru extraordinaire and is able to assist.
Self pay is also accepted, please contact Tami at 402-488-6100 or Susan (above) for session/assessment fees.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Your appointment time was reserved for the one and only YOU. As such, I require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or do not show up for your appointment, a $50.00 fee will be charged to your account, and must be paid before your next appointment. Insurance will not cover this fee. Two late cancels/no shows within 1 year will result in termination of therapeutic services.
